As an experienced brewer I'm not seeing a lot of "good advice" coming from you, other than some pseudo-science. You also seem to be strongly pushing your course and vastly overestimating the cost of getting into the hobby.

My question for you is other than having a company (which really anyone can do given the effort) what makes you such an expert on the matter that anyone should look further into your courses? At first glance it doesn't seem much more useful than readily available materials online.

I have the provincial training to work in a casino for Alberta. Most of the training is recognizing when people have a gambling problem and different ways to help them. Granted it doesn't exactly work, since I can't stop them from playing, but hopefully mentioning that it might be good if they stopped will be enough.

It needs to be in a way, mine will be ageing for 6 months come Christmas, if I left a mixture of milk and eggs in my fridge for that long I wouldn't want to open it again, but thankfully the booze kills the spoilage bacteria.

Still I'm skeptical of someone trying to push their business with such a weak grasp on fundamentals. You are a math teacher after all, you should know better than anyone how important the basics are.
