My best friend was in similar situation, scoliosis and many fractures of lower vert's. Had spinal fusion and was cleared to do any activity. She injured herself pretty good, about 2 months after the doctors said she could do anything(rollercoaster or skydiving even) by kicking a soccer ball. So just take care to build up core strength and keep on being awesome!

I worked in a fur farm where it was cheaper to feed the animals chicken mcnuggets in bulk than any other chicken product(chicken necks/backs/bad birds).. why would this be? What other use do chicken necks have?
