What non visual things equivalent to body language do you notice about people when you first meet them?

Interesting. After you get used to hearing yourself, do you ever feel like it's not convincing enough? It's funny because when you're the interpreter, it always seems like there can be so much more to it then you're getting but you have to let it go anyway.
