Not quite. It is an excerise in extremely boring activites. You sit still for hours not being able to talk or do anything but read your smart book then do something like get shots then hurry off to wait for another few hours. It sucks more then anything else has ever sucked.

The ATF would probably love to work with people to figure out how to enforce something like this, but making new laws is superfluous.

Can you imagine all the extra Doggos the ATF would be able to kill if they were able to do this? I am suprised they are not doing it already.
