I work with civil employees and they don't want to stop working. A big thing for Federal employees is serving the mission. Honestly they can make more money in the private sector and they don't leave because they believe in the mission and want to serve.

how do you handle the information overload? With the transition to full NG911 you are going to be seeing images/video on top of voice and trying to use a CAD system. Have you been given any training or are you just expected to figure it out?

Will you be participating in firstnet/ NPSBN in the future or will California opt out?
