I would be cautious about these. They do not have to have minimum insurance requirements, since they live outside the affordable care act (wikipedia). So they could have lower lifetime maximums, or not cover certain conditions.

I believe in incentives. What incentive do they have to sit down with you?

Do you wish you could have stayed with your mother?

Do you think you'll keep in touch with any of the people you are close to now?

Do you have any specific dreams and aspirations beyond survival?

Are you good at school?
