2) You're twitter feed features a lot of political humor these days. I find it extremely impressive that you manage to be opinionated and still funny without coming off as an asshole, as others too often do (eg. Bill Maher) How do you think you achieve this?

I just heard on the Nerdist podcast the other day that you're a reformed hockey fan thanks, in part, to the EA NHL games, so:

2) How much of a problem do do you think derogatory/homophobic slurs said on the ice in the heat of the moment are? I know that a lot of people maintain that they're just words that players have grown up using in the hockey culture. But at the same time even if you aren't thinking of the real meaning when you call someone "fag" on the ice, there are still some really hostile and negative connotations attached to that. Do you think that removing that from the game is important? or even realistic?

Man, you have no idea how interesting a case this could be for administrative law/labour law. Definitely enough to teach at least a couple credit hour course on.
