I probably met you because I worked on the show. I'm sorry about your shirt, I'm sure I have a few in a box somewhere in storage. If I ever come across one, I'll PM you! :)

I think you would have been on soundstage 18 or 19. Stage 20 was the largest, that's where Guts was shot. P.S. I worked there from '89 when they opened, to '93 when I moved out of Orlando.

Oh totally. I don't recognize you personally, but we shot hundreds of episodes of the show, and that was like 20 years ago. I mentioned here too, I tested the course over and over before the real contestants came in to play. Let me read through your comments again, and if I have any questions about your answers, I'll let you know!

Such a small world! :)

So how much of your merchandise is stolen? I mean, of the things you sell, what percentage of it was stolen before they brought it in to pawn?

And do you have any obligation to alert the authorities / police on stolen goods people pawn?

Hi There! I know you did your AMA hours ago, but I was just reading the comments here. Thank you so much for sharing your story. I think your description that you are "rebuilding your life" says so much about your point of view. Really cool.

So I've been reading the comments here, and I truly believe that sooner rather than later stem cells will be an incredible tool for doctors to use for improving all sorts of illness and injuries.

I have a question, and no worries if you prefer not to answer, I completely understand. So as a person myself who has also been "looked at" or "stared at" because of something physical, how do you feel about strangers asking about your situation? Are you comfortable discussing with strangers in person? Would you rather a stranger ask you about your abilities, or just chat with you about something unrelated to your physical appearance?

Thank you again for doing this AMA. And I can't wait for that day when science has progressed and paralysis is no more! All the best to you! And also I would think if you wanted to share your story in a book, or speaking maybe eventually, that could be really cool too.
