First question:

Have you had any luck negotiating with the DOE or private lender who holds a student loan debt to consent to discharge using Reynolds, 425 F.3d 526?

I'm wondering if lenders are worried about getting further opinions on the books regarding mental disabilities (versus physical permanent and total disability) and discharging student loans.

Second question:

Do you have any general job search advice for a 3L hoping to practice consumer side bankruptcy work?
