Also people that aren't religious use chaplains to just have someone to talk to that isn't your boss. We were encouraged to talk to the chaplain if we felt depressed or over worked just to get it out in the open without getting shit. Chaplains are real saints.

I wonder how many clerks went to look at that overdue ticket dated 9/11/01 and decided to let it ride. There's so many logistics I've never thought about for that day and you just introduced another one. I'm glad you made it and I'm sorry you had to and have to deal with this.
