How do you see the moral and ethical responsibility of the Boies Schiller lawyers in perpetrating the fraud?  Do you think they went beyond their duty to zealously represent their client through the bullying and lying you described in the book?

Thanks! I'm a lawyer and had conflicted feelings about this as I was listening to the book. That said, so many of their actions didn't even seem to pass any reasonable smell test.

As an aside, getting an associate position at BSF would be a dream job for many law students. I wish there were more highly visible accounts like this so that people would see what these firms actually get paid the big bucks for-- though I'm sure many still wouldn't care.
