Maybe you can answer this. I traveled recently to la ciudad peridida in Colombia and had problems with my lenses fogging due to the humidity in the rainforest. Have you ever had this issue? How did you solve it?

I'm not a doctor but my dad's cardiologist said that the damage is reversible in 1/3 cases, stays the same in 1/3, and deteriorates in a 1/3. He has stayed the same since being diagnosed with the dilated cardiomyopathy. Now has an implanted defibrillator.
