I think prayer gets a bad rap. Too many people think it's purely some appeal to le magic sky fairy or even worse when it's a cop-out for inaction.

Most people who actually practice prayer in their lives and don't just talk about it on social media use it as a form of reflection and meditation, which everyone could benefit from. We still as a society don't take mindfulness seriously so anything resembling it helps a lot.

I have to imagine there was a huge legal document she agreed to by sending her video in.
