Cost vs. Profit And sadly, that's what ultimately determines what games go out and what doesn't.

For the most part my gubberment QA experience wasn't like that, but there were a number of projects that I knew were garbage that were pushed to production.

I just want to say thanks for doing this AMA. I'm was a QA guy..for minor government projects like medicaid and unemployment ;-). I'm glad I have somewhere to point people when they ask what I do.

My question: what is/was your favorite bug/defect. I saw the WWE/trish stratus one in the thread, so if that's it, are there any other ones that stick out in your mind?

Less fun, but still worth asking: Was there a time you were ever either railroaded into passing a crap application, or overridden? Care to describe it?

Mister Caswell, I just want to say that you're in inspiration to us small-timers. Your E30/WRC story hit Jalopnik shortly after I re-purchased my own hoopty 318is, so, like many others, I took a huge interest in you're running of God's Chariot in the WRC. You seem like a really cool guy. I have a few questions, if you feel like answering any of them:

• Is there anything on your crazy journey you wish you could have done differently?

• If someone gave you an E30 and million dollar budget, what would you do to it?

• Have you ever met Alex Roy? He hangs out on /Drive shows regularly). You guys are at the top of my 'guys I'd love to share a beer with' list.'
