Awesome that's exactly what I needed to hear. I am doing the same in my industry, just out of college and school didn't teach us the networking or business skills that I really need to move up right now so I've been teaching myself how to do everything and it can get discouraging. Especially because it feels like everyone else has an in. Glad to know you made it up there the way I'm trying to right now.

how did you break into the industry? I've heard it is very difficult unless you know people in it and work for free for years.
