Aren't the vast majority of shootings black-on-black?

If a high concentration of black people is a problem, simply spreading out the problem isn't addressing the root cause. No one says "Oh no, this area has too many white or asians and now they can't stop shooting each other".

I mean... other poor minorities in this country don't murder each other at these rates, but I'll put that aside for now.

The question at this point is what sort of jobs the gang members can do instead of being a gang members.
