Which of the countries that you went to is the most underrated?

First if all, thank you for all your great work! Have you ever done any work with ORBIS International? They are the worlds only flying eye hospital. They fly around the world and teach doctors in developing regions how to do complicated procedures as well as picking several locals to do the procedures on. I have volunteered with them twice and it was extremely rewarding. I definitely recommend looking up them if you haven't yet. Their goals seem very similar.
