How often do people say “thank you” after you take an order? I try to always be as nice as I can be, because customers are mainly assholes lol

I can't smoke weed personally, sure it helps with pain but my anxiety makes it extremely uncomfortable. I have scoliosis and exercise helps sometimes but when it becomes too irritated it is hell. Opioids give relief when it gets so bad that I can't sit or sleep. I can go a month or two without needing them but when I do nothing else really helps.
