Are you making through NYC? If you do, you can crash at my house for a night. I have a bike rack to store it.

I am a pilot, with about 2,000 hours of jet time. We always kept out speed below 250 KIAS when less than 10,000 ft MSL. That is in the FAR (regulation). In the Lear, we could go 300 knots below 8,000 feet, but above that, we would get the windshield overspeed horn. The windshield was only stressed to hit a bird up to that speed. We could fly 350 knots, you just pulled the CB to stop the horn.

ATC knows your speed, which is calculated with their radar. Your altitude information is sent to them via your transponder. TCAS has nothing to do with ATC. It is communication between your plane and another.

Just look out for the dingos and you will be fine.

How you determine how much a person is burned is the rule of 9s. Surface areas of the body are broken down and areas are give 9% for each area. Arm = 9%, head 9%, front of leg 9%, back of leg 9%, front chest 9%, front abdomen 9%, etc.

Those 11 regions add up to 99%. Your junk is the 1%. Since 7 areas x 9% = 63% his male parts area okay. If it was 64%, well then he is in trouble.
