You get up to a certain amount (up to around 1400 a month, so 17000 a yearish I believe). Since your working, you get to keep the 22,000 but you'd get some money on top of that (for every dollar earned, you lose 50 cents).
Say you earn 1800 a month. Half is 900. So you get $500 each month from the program plus your take home pay from work. (Net $2300).

Do you have any advice: family member (father) who refuses to get treatment or even admit there is a mental health condition? Multiple family members have reached out, but how does an unwell mind recognize it's flaws.

How was your experience getting into the program? How long did it take before you started getting the funds?
I got the letter in September. I submitted all the paperwork and waited and waited. After each step the wait was a few months. After nearly 7 months I got thd answer that I'm part of the control group. So no money. What bothered me the most was no one responded to emails/phone messages. And I only got an answer after getting my mpp involved.
