I cleaned condos one summer and about 10 Hispanic people had a fucking fiesta in a unit. They destroyed the room. Stained and smelled up every room, wall, carpet, furniture everything. Nasty black hair everywhere. Literally, had to gut and redo the room. Cost them 5k dollars for that fiesta.
