When I used to work for a pizza place, we had a blacklist of customers we wouldn't deliver to. One description for a customer was: "Answered the door naked with an erection, tried to invite driver in. Do NOT DELIVER".

What's the best reason your Domino's has blacklisted anyone?

As for scams we had;

A guy return a pizza with 1 slice remaining, claiming "it wasn't to his taste". Manager told him he should've made that decision after the first slice.

Also had a guy come in, yelling his pizza "had a fucking stone in it! I chipped my tooth! My lawyer will be contacting you!"... then 30 seconds after he leaves, another guy came into the store and says, "just thought I should tell you that the guy who was just in here picked a stone up from the ground and put it in his pizza."

We also had one of my managers "mates" come in an hold up the store at knifepoint and demand all the money from the till "as a joke".

My boss was working the register at the time, and he pulled out the baseball bat from under the counter and started swinging at him, until he took off his balaclava and said "mate, mate, stop, it's just me. ahaha".

No guns. It was Australia.
