Thanks for replying. I just want to let you know that you're one of the few people out there that I feel tells it like it is but doesn't get all "the sky is falling" with regard to the changing face of american medicine. Your attitude pumps me up for the future of healthcare in this country.

medstudent here on my final months of school but with the classic mountain of debt that plagues every American medstudent. I've always been interested in volunteering. What options do you guys have for paying loans or maybe allowing volunteering for a short term basis to allow young docs to work the rest of the year?
