Tom, economist.com regularly posts video or audio recordings of discussions, usually among economist writers. Why not also post transcripts of those, so we can read them in private silence? I consider watching a serious discussion to be clearly WORSE than reading it. Software to auto-transcribe is easy to find, and it seems like a tiny amount of post transcription editting would be required.
