Being a mayor of a major American city, I want to know did the popular show "The Wire" get it right? Specifically, (1) did you, at any point find yourself forgoing furthering certain causes you had pledged yourself to during your campaign because any progress was seen as ultimately unattainable? and (2) in which ways do you identify with the character of Mayor Carcetti?
What do you feel you got right as a mayor? That no one can take away from you, even if you never get elected/appointed/hired in another political capacity ever again?
