Are the fans in "fan appreciation" films actually fans? Like, do guys apply to be in the film and present a full medical report to you and the director?

Thanks for the reply! Do you mean filming finishes around 12 o'clock and that you walk away even later? Either way that's a crazy long work day. Do you go the whole day without eating or do you have "go to" foods for filming days?
