My wife has been trying to be unemployment for about 5 months but can't because someone used her name to sign a lease and obviously never paid rent. Surprisingly, her credit score is fine and we can't see anything on credit reports. Somehow the state of FL has determined she does not qualify for unemployment now because of this. She was given a fraud number to call to resolve this issue with her claim but it's been busy and gives you an automated message and hangs up on you. She's tried almost everyday to call and the same result.
