Weight loss is all about food/drink intake, exercise is more for toning purposes.

I haven't seen anything on their site from Brandon Stosuy or Grayson Currin in quite a while now, and those were the 2 most influential metal writers they had... I'm guessing their absence played a big part in them not doing a list this year.

Has anyone ever gotten you confused with the singer/guitarist from the band Neurosis also named Scott Kelly?

Hey Brann, saw you guys at the 40 Watt club in Athens in 2004, and it is still one of my favorite shows I've ever been to.

My question would be what recent bands are you listening to these days, and any good recs for some fellow Georgia based bands?
