Being in the Navy, I've seen no evidence to support your claim that it's "more Christian." I've had someone from every major faith group on my ship - hell, I'm a Buddhist - and I've never felt religion took any type of a role in day-to-day life.

And to Mr. Penn, thank you for this article. I'm a sexual assault victim advocate in the Navy, and male victims are still hesitant to come forward, due to how our society views male victims.
