I need to pay more attention to AMAs. Your project is one of the most cathartic things I've ever experienced and I (believe I) own all of the books that come from it, despite many being...almost completely unrelatable I always bawl my eyes out and honestly feel a bit better.

What diet do you REALLY recommend...you can't be as swarthy and handsome as you are on the Butterfield diet...oh and lets not forget that roguish devil may care attitude...is there a diet for that too?
