I've seen signs in passport control/customs (and not just in the US, UK too) reminding people that assaulting Immigration and Customs officers is a crime.

Do people actually do this?

What is your ideal solution to the I-81 question, and why. How would you deal with the possible negative side-effects of your solution?

They did food service at the University I started at (ugh), and I subsequently transferred to a University that did all their own dining in-house. It was an amazing difference.

Is it true you bought your brother a Camero?

I don't believe there is an ideal solution. Any solution that will maintain a high flow of traffic through the city (a tunnel etc) will be exceedingly costly, even if a tunnel won't have quite the same negative impact upon the cityscape. I'm not in favor of a boulevard because essentially shutting down I-81 between I-481 will have a negative economic impact on the Town of Salina, as well as Destiny and other areas. Also, as someone who works in the Emergency Medical Services it has the potential to vastly increase ambulance transport times to Upstate and Crouse hospitals by ambulances that traditionally use I-81 from areas north of the city.
