Hey Matt, I read and liked all your Gizmodo columns, (although did groan at the end of the "Dallas" one), and was wondering what you think of programs like C4's Coppers and Traffic Cops and such?

Do you think it's beneficial for the public to get a candid perspective from the police's side, or do you think it's detrimental to public opinion of the police who are the rule enforcers?

1. Did you go to film school or something similar, or did you teach yourself?
2. Once the documentary is out there, do you have any other projects in mind?
3. Were you influenced by any film makers, documentary or otherwise?
   

How much did it cost to set up the original outlay for this trip? Bike, supplies, gear, visas etc.
