Why are you so disconnected to those at the base and heart of your career? A lot of kitchen workers don't have the passion for cooking as you do and are simply burned out by harsh working conditions. This has nothing to do perfectionism, you narcissist.

During my addiction I absolutely hated my experiences of out-patient and most things that had a medical/hospital feel to it. In a weird way it felt like it emphasized my illness rather than my recovery. I found success from a wilderness program that was followed by a recovery home. My biggest issues surrounding addiction were isolation because I became so ashamed of who I was I didn't want to show myself to the world and the places that helped me most were very social and took me out of my comfort. Do you have any similar feelings/experiences? What does your recovery home emphasize most? I really enjoyed listening to you on Steve-O's podcast.

I will never doubt its effectiveness for others but it personally did very little. Having something else to focus on, to build myself up, while approaching my issues as a secondary cause was exactly what I needed. Hope you're doing well.
