Are you guys in agreement with the W3C and Tim about the Encrypted Media Extensions (EME) DRM as a standard? And, if so, why? Thanks.

Appreciate the support. Looks like they skipped all the "controversial" questions like mine. I only came to this post with this question because I saw all these congratulatory articles about Tim Berners Lee, and how he wants to "fight against hacking and abuse". Among all those articles not a single one about how he, along with the W3C voting board, rammed EME DRM through in a secret vote.
