Will there ever be a synthetic estrogen replacement so that you can have the benefits of hormone replacement therapy even if you have ER+ or PR+ breast cancer? Is this even an area of research? I currently take Tamoxifen, and the lack of sexual feelings just makes me feel like I'm dead already. What about chemo that doesn't cause neuropathy?
