That's a great way to say something we often forget to keep precious in IT as well.

I have something similar. I discovered my wife was specifically feeding me booze on Thursday night so I'd sleep early. Then I'd knock Friday out of the park, have amazing sleep all weekend and then start a slow hideous slide into insomnia all week ... Until Thursday.

Apparently she tried other days of the week with less benefit. Thursday was the best.

This took me years to catch onto. Diabolical really, but I'm not even mad.
