Hi Mark, Im also a geologist working in the geotechnical engineering industry, but ive always wanted to get into petroleum. How does someone get a route into the large companies as they seem quite in-accessible (I was lucky to get into one of the largest contractors in China as a British guy), but oil seems a lot harder to break into.
