Any plans to release a new art book (the first was amazing) or use that style of story-telling to release a behind the scenes documentation of MCD?

Do you feel MCD development timeline was too long, too short, or just right?

Is the hesitance to add moving elements in the world a programming challenge or design? For instance, the spotlights in disco or the slot machine spinners in casino. Why haven't there been more moving elements incorporated in the levels?

Watching MCD develop was a lot of fun, and I respect how many changes were made to improve it. Is there one feature/power-up/facet you wish you hadn't had to remove or feel you'll want to return to in the future?
