Hey! I went to elementary school with your girls. Always found your work pretty neat! I remember in middle school you came and read from your children's book to us. Have you done any more children's lit since then? I haven't kept up.

Have you thought about having the kids get child penpals, perhaps at an English speaking school? Could also be beneficial to begin a relationship with educators.

Also, you say to come visit: make sure to screen visitors... You probably do, I am sure, but there are people on Reddit and elsewhere who might take advantage of children.

I am so glad the AT team let him direct: have followed his work since seeing Kemonozume and Mindgame, plus Kaiba and later Tatami Galaxy. His contributions to Cat Soup were some of my first introductions to more odd anime. I bet a lot of kids took inspiration from the AT episode!

But thanks to the efforts of your generation, they can feel so much safer expressing as they would like and dressing as they would like in public, now! In my understanding as a third-wave woman, I thought that at least some ability to feel comfortable with one's own body was a first-wave idea... But you're correct in saying that many have forgotten the hard fights fought. Those cannot be forgotten, lest we as a society regress.
