Manslaughter isn't always accidental: there's such a thing as voluntary manslaughter.
If I, for example, caught my wife with another man in bed, killing the man would be voluntary manslaughter. If I shot the man but he didn't die, that could very well be attempted voluntary manslaughter

Hi! Lifelong NBC4 viewer! I've been wondering this for years and decided if I ever talked to a meteorologist I'd ask:
I get why dew point is a better measure of humidity than relative humidity. But if the idea is that it's better because it's an absolute measurement of the amount of moisture in the air, why don't we just use a direct measurement of the amount of moisture in the air? Dew point still seems like a roundabout way of measuring that.
Thanks!

How "in" on the kissing were your 7 min in heaven guests? Did they know you were going to try? Some seemed very game but there were a lot of really awkward ones.

That makes a lot of sense when you listen to his early stuff. A guy named Girl Talk playing this stuff is pretty funny.

There are never surprise witnesses/evidence. Everything has to be disclosed prior to trial
