Why should I convert to Catholicism from Lutheranism?

Most people seem to think we are the same these days, when it comes up. What are the differences?

How does the average muslim feel about isis? Is a united islam a popular idea? Are the old caliphates looked at as a better times? Kind of how the west views Rome?

GMOs, from what I've read are bad for the environment in unpredictable ways. If you destroy a corn plant's weakness to a weed, you kill Monarch butterflies. If you kill monarch butterflies you kill plants thousands of miles away at the other side of their migratory pattern that depended on Monarch's to spread pollen.

NDG is an astrophysicist. He was just rambling. He is not any more authority on GMOs than i am.

I think GMOs need to be controlled until serious environmental studies can be done on their effects.
