You mention getting drunk, and two of your 4 pictures contain booze. How's your alcohol tolerance? Does that scale with body weight or can you have three beers and not be drunk?

What specifically would you do to change any of those facts mentioned above?

Isn't that "magic" at the root of the whole problem the above poster mentions? It's so over the top and unsustainable that it leaves an olympic sized hangover for host cities to deal with.

When a doctor, a job people have aspired to and thought of as a high income occupation for my entire life, calls CEO pay out of control, that's a perspective people need to hear.

I mean not to imply you're overpaid, but the fact that people should recognize that careers we aspire to are still an absolute pittance compared to what these execs are making.

25 years ago the navy wanted to push me into the nuke ET program. I went surface com ET instead, and then 6 months later they stopped differentiating radar and comm ETs, and merged DS into ET. I ended up serving only my initial contract out, then went into software engineering. I ended up with a very lucrative career and realized at some point, speaking with my retired E7 father, that I'd retired a few years ago if I'd stayed in.

Do you ever regret not taking your skills to the civilian market? I've had financial success but I wonder often how different my life could have been if I'd stayed in.
