You don't have to forget, but you don't have to keep punishing yourself for it. You need to forgive yourself---that is not disrespectful (regardless of other people's opinions about it). Respect your own life as well---just because it's yours does not mean that it needs less of your attention and care.

Your website states that the coffee is roasted to order for maximum freshness. For how long will the beans retain the freshness? What can be done to extend it?

How do you know that the result of the theoretical prediction is correct? These calculations can be tedious (if it's anything like with the electron), maybe someone skipped a diagram or something?
