It's unreal. So it doesn't exist. Case closed.

I think your question is in good faith and you should not feel bad about it.

I just want to add this, since I've never told it to anyone, even my family, but I was too moved by this thread and especially the line about hell on Earth. Hopefully he thinks this is an appropriate time.

My grandfather was Italian-born whose family immigrated to the US as a child while Mussolini rose to power. He was a gifted typist for the American forces who would disseminate orders on the front lines (seriously, he could run laps around us in terms of typing speed!). He talked about anything in the war, for example nearly dying in a flight from North Africa to Sicily during a storm or tearing up at the sight of his hometown of Mercenasco in Piedmont as he flew to the German lines as the war drew to an end. But the last parts of the war he never talked about, he was absolutely silent on. He never did finish his memoirs on this part before he died and this is still left out.

He knew as a young kid I just wanted to know everything so just once, he told me one short line when I (probably inappropriately) pestered him. He was part of the liberation of Mauthausen a day after the actual full liberation of the camp, 7th May 1945.

He did not say much more than this but did add one final thing through tears and, being comfortable in Italian of course, he said something like "Dopo quel giorno, non avevo piĆ¹ bisogno di credere nell'Inferno."

"After that day I no longer needed to believe in Hell."

He never said anything about it again until he died.

When I saw this post, I was like "Extremely popular porn text-based flash game? It's gotta be something like Corruption of Champions."

Then it was Corruption of Champions. I freaked out.

I remember your apha versions being posted to e6. It is certainly a story that's suited for every kind of player.

I'm yet another person trying to build pedals but I just want to do it to the point where the income pays for my own effects purchases!

  1. I'm about to send a custom pedal to a relatives' employee at his shop. I have no suspicion of anything nefarious (I'm sure he just wants to buy it for personal use) but I would just like to know. What can I do to ensure that my design stays my own, once my stuff is actually out there? I'm cool with copies but it would be tough to see that before I even get off the ground.

  2. What is your process like to design new pedals from a technical standpoint? Do you just start breadboarding? Modding existing designs? Incorporating bits and pieces into a frankenstein circuit?

Thanks in advance!
