My sister has Downs Syndrome, and while she's high functioning, I'd be surprised if she lives a "normal" life. Her mental development is slowing down, and I'm not certain if she will be able to ever hold a job. Now there are likely other people with Downs who may be able to live successfully, but any worse than her will never be able to easily integrate with society.

From what Ive heard, yeah. Tellers dont want to fight, the bank doesnt want to fight. It should be insured. Best for everyone to not escalate the situation.
