This is a fantastic AMA. A lot of great and brutally honest responses from you guys. Also tons of respect for the initiative in general I think it is an awesome way to go about things. Will definitely donate what I can afford when I get home!

As a question. Are there any lessons or significant takeaways from your time training soldiers in Iraq that have inspired a new or different approach to how you are training the Akashinga team? And in what way?

I have a question I find particularly relevant these days. How would you respond in a situation where you are a contract employee? It is kind of a tough position because if it is one of your superiors and or someone relevant in the industry you work in. I have seen it happen and unfortunately the end result often seems to be that the accuser not only gets screwed out of any more work with that individual, but also if the other person is an a position of influence within your city often bad mouths the victim and also screws them out of other work within the industry. Since you were contract anyway you aren't really going to get a severance or anything. Kind of seems like something you just have to absorb and move on with to me unfortunately.

I appreciate you guys I read about this initiative before thought it was great there was an AMA on here.

If you get time to answer another one:

Do you find there are any physical limitations/difficulties to the team being all women? I do not mean that in a condescending way or to imply women are incapable. Just curious if that has any impact on the actual military implementation of anything.
