How can I tell if the chicken I buy in a store comes from a good farm? (in particular, how do I find out where Publix buys their Greenwise Chicken?)

oh that is so disappointing! We usually try to buy Springer Mountain Farms (fingers crossed that is on an ok list!), or from a local farmer's market.

eek! I hoped the "American Humane Certified" badge on their website was a bit of assurance. Is there any chicken purchased at grocery stores that I can feel good about buying? (Is Whole Foods even good?)
