Did you vote yes or no?

It's definitely a great achievement for your country! My (limited) understanding is that nay votes would allow for more thorough constitutional amendment, but would keep the military in power longer, and yea votes would lead to faster elections, at the cost of less constitutional amendment (in the short term). Could you enlighten me a bit on the rationale behind each vote?
