I think Stephen Merchant is the future of comedy. Nobody's funnier.

I'm from Australia but I've heard of this guy and seen some vids. Pretty much he has a rubber costume that he wears and 'patrols' the streets of his city (not sure which).

The last video I saw was Phoenix and his crew walking down the street getting harassed by some drunk guys. Phoenix knocked him out. Not sure where the superhero part comes into that.

Add to that the trash being thrown out of peoples windows. I think the higher up the better.
