I second that.

He won't be drafted at the age 16 (that's when he was supposed to go back home from the US). And 2 years ago, I'm pretty sure the regime by then was done with arresting those wanted for protesting; which started 5 years ago and ceased in less than a year.

I think he came up with the whole sexuality thing as well to secure the deal.

He also said the punishment for that in Syria is death. That's bullshit.
